Our new Lone Star Self Storage Climate Controlled units are coming along beautifully!

We are currently grading and paving our driveway and walkways to our new units as well as ensuring our units will are properly insulated. We are taking the time to perfect the construction of our units, which will ensure they provide the best protection for your belongings.

We appreciate your patience during this time and can not wait to introduce our new storage units with Climate Control to our community surrounding Portland, Texas!

Construction Update: 1/15

Our temperature controlled units are getting closer to being ready to rent!

Currently, we are implementing a drainage system, which helps prevent water damage within our units. This proactive approach protects against safety hazards and minimizes the risk of dampness within our facility. This helps keep both you and our Lone Star environment in great condition!

We are also preparing for grading and paving the walkways and driveways leading up to our new self storage units!

We are also installing fire sprinklers inside of our units to add an extra layer of safety within our temperature controlled units!

Our temperature controlled units are projected to be open for rentals in Spring 2025!
